Release notes

Various *.gpr files are created to describe GTK+ libraries, e.g. cairo.gpr;
Symbolic traceback gnat-traceback-symbolic.adb is put into the shared library, because GNAT run-time libaray lacks it;
Since addr2line library is missing, Juergen Pfeifer's workaround is used. For this his implementation of convert_addresses is placed into the library. The implementation calls to addr2line executable at run- time.

For automatic install and update with dnf, place the file dmitry-kazakov.repo into the directory /etc/yum.repos.d.
